Classic. Where did music like this go?

I’m not going to say that all of the music today is bad; there are a few artists that are doing their thing. But, damn, I miss the music that forces you to replay it so you can fully understand the lyrics. Or the beats that you can feel, not just hear. The music that makes you understand what the artist is talking about.

I’m tired of music about meaningless sex, poppin’ bottles, and going to the club. It’s time for less talk about insignificant events, and more music that tells stories.
